Gresham’s History, Lived and Spoken

July 17, 2022 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Free
Monochrome photograph showing a street scene with 1930s-era automobiles parked on either side of a street lined with commercial buildings, all one or two stories tall. The businesses whose signs are visible include J.C. Penney, Safeway, Hepp's Racket Store, and a real estate agency.

Rik Shiiki interviews three seniors who have lived and shaped Gresham’s history: Betty Chisum, Howard Moen, and Keith White. Learn about their experiences growing up and living in Gresham through many eras in this community’s past.

This event is free and open to the public.  It will take place immediately after the 2022 Annual Membership Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation, which is open to GHS members and volunteers.  Not a member?  It’s never too late to sign up.
