Built in 1913, the Gresham Carnegie Library is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been acclaimed as one of the finest examples of Tudor architecture in the Portland Metropolitan area. 26-45 guests          $225
45-75 guests          $375
76-100 guests        $500

*For first 3 hours. Additional fees may apply for longer rentals, or if the event takes place during standard museum operation hours. See below:
